We have high end management software that allows prospective tenants to fill out guest cards online to inquire about a property, apply online, and pay online. We can have a tenant qualified in less than 24 hours, no matter what state they are from.

    Our team goes to great lengths to qualify a tenant for your property. We run a background check, Eviction Search, Landlord Verification, Income verification, Credit Check, and Sex offender Search. A tenant must have an income of 3 times the rental rate to qualify for a home. Convergent Property Group understands the value of protecting your assets.

  • Maintenance & Inspections:

    Convergent Property Group handles all of the coordination of maintenance, acting as the direct liaison between you and the tenant. We can create electronic work orders as well as communicate electronically with our vendors and tenants. This allows for an efficient manner in resolving maintenance issues.

    We inspect properties at tenant move in as well as the move out. We take detailed photographs of the property for documentation.
